Skills and Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, treasury, or accounting operations.
• Graduate of BS Accountancy, Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, or any related course.
• Proficient in Excel and familiar with other Microsoft Office tools and software.
• Knowledgeable in revenue and accounts receivable processes and related tax treatments.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform daily reconciliation of club sales reports and end-of-day reports.
• Do cash coding in Xero every Thursday for weekly reconciliation of cash, card, check, and over-the-counter collections.
• Prepare sales and collection summaries.
• Prepare AR monitoring reports for management.
• Monitor daily submission of club requirements and update compliance reports.
• Conduct quarterly club audits.
• Attend weekly meetings with team leaders.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
