General Summary
The Finance Transformation Manager will play a key role in supporting the Group’s finance transformation initiatives across multiple markets in Southeast Asia. The role will primarily focus on supporting the transition from Xero into a future ERP environment, while driving finance process alignment, systems implementation coordination and operational efficiency improvements across the Group.
The successful candidate will work closely with Finance, Operations, country stakeholders and external vendors to improve finance processes, standardize chart of accounts structures and support the implementation and adoption of finance systems and reporting tools.
This role requires strong project coordination, stakeholder management and finance operational capabilities within a fast-paced regional environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Finance Systems Transformation & ERP Implementation
Support and coordinate finance transformation initiatives and ERP implementation activities across the Group
Act as the main liaison between finance teams, vendors and implementation partners
Assist in system migration planning, testing, process mapping and implementation timelines
Support optimisation and usage of current finance tools including Xero and Syft
Monitor implementation progress, risks and project deliverables
2. Finance Process Alignment & Standardisation
Review and align chart of accounts structures across multiple entities and markets
Identify process gaps, inefficiencies and opportunities for standardisation
Assist in developing finance SOPs, governance and process documentation
Support finance operational improvement initiatives and automation opportunities
3. Stakeholder Management & Change Coordination
Partner with regional finance teams and business stakeholders throughout transformation projects
Coordinate project meetings, updates and follow up actions
Support training and onboarding of finance users during system implementation phases
Assist with change management and adoption efforts across markets
4. Reporting & Finance Analytics Support
Support improvements in management reporting and finance dashboards
Assist in improving reporting accuracy, visibility and operational insights
Work with finance teams to streamline reporting processes and data management
Support ad hoc finance transformation and operational projects as required
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or related discipline
CPA / ACCA / CA qualification preferred
6 to 8 years of finance, audit or finance transformation experience
Prior Big 4 audit or consulting experience preferred
Exposure to ERP implementation or finance systems projects preferred
Experience with Xero, NetSuite or similar finance systems advantageous
Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Comfortable working in a fast paced and regional environment
