Job Summary:

The GL & Bookkeeping Executive plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records across multiple revenue streams in the fitness business. This position is responsible for maintaining the general ledger, performing daily and monthly reconciliations, managing fixed assets, and supporting the month-end closing process.

You will collaborate with Operations and Sales teams to ensure all financial transactions such as membership, personal training, and retail are recorded accurately and on time. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to grow their accounting skills in a dynamic, fast-paced, and international environment.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily reconciliation of GL accounts: fixed assets, accruals, prepayments, intercompany, bank statements, and payment gateways

• Handle fixed asset accounting: asset creation, depreciation, impairment, disposal

• Month-end closings: reconciliations, journal entries, provisions, accruals

• Maintain complete bookkeeping and trial balance accuracy

• Record daily revenue across multiple fitness business streams: memberships, PT services, merchandise, leasing, etc.

• Prepare monthly management reports, report packages, and deferred revenue schedules for HQ

• Prepare and submit VAT & WHT reports online

• Support overall accuracy and integrity of financial data Collect, review, and properly file accounting documents.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1–5 years of experience in accounting

• Decent to fluent English communication skills

• A willingness to learn, grow, and adapt in a fast-changing environment

• Experience in GL is a strong advantage.

• Strong understanding of financial reporting

• Experience with service-based or membership businesses (fitness, wellness, gyms) is a big plus

• Familiarity with accounting software: Xero or similar platforms

• Good understanding of Thai Tax is highly preferable

• Audit background is an advantage

• Strong Excel skills

• Detail-oriented with excellent accuracy
