As the Area Business Manager (ABM) at Anytime Fitness Indonesia, you will take on a critical leadership role overseeing the performance, operations, and profitability of multiple clubs. You will champion sustainable business growth, uphold operational excellence, and reinforce the brand’s standards across all assigned territories.
You will lead, coach, and inspire Club Managers and their teams to deliver exceptional member experiences, achieve sales and revenue targets, and maintain strong retention. This role works closely with marketing, fitness, and operations partners to execute strategic initiatives, elevate club performance, and identify new opportunities for expansion.
Success in this position requires strong leadership, commercial discipline, and a solid understanding of the fitness landscape. As the key conduit between the Support Office and club teams, you will ensure consistent execution of company goals, adherence to policies, and delivery of high-quality service that reflects the Anytime Fitness commitment to our members.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement strategies that achieve revenue targets and strengthen market presence.
- Provide hands-on leadership and support to Club Managers, ensuring consistency in operations and member experience.
- Monitor key performance indicators, review market insights, and identify areas for improvement.
- Drive the profitability, growth, and efficiency of multiple club locations.
- Ensure every member enjoys an outstanding experience that reflects our service promise.
- Oversee facility standards, day-to-day operations, and overall team performance.
- Build strong networks and foster relationships that support business growth.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and wellness-oriented club environment that drives engagement and teamwork.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the fitness industry, with a strong understanding of operational and service standards.
- Preferably 5+ years of experience in management and leadership roles.
- Demonstrated success in multi-site management, ideally within the fitness or retail industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire teams and drive results.
- Results-driven mindset with confidence, commitment, and accountability.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on boosting performance and growth.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Proficient in standard office software (word processing, spreadsheets, databases).
- Enthusiastic, proactive learner with a growth mindset.
- Capable of leading teams to achieve and exceed sales targets.
