Property Administrator
Role Overview
We are looking for an organized Property Admin to support the Property Leads and help ensure the smooth operation of the property function. The role includes maintaining the property database, assisting with daily tasks, and sharing property updates with the franchise network.
Key Responsibilities:
• Database Management
- Keep the property database accurate and up to date.
- Track new submissions, approvals, and changes.
• Team Support
- Provide administrative support for mapping, site approvals, and documentation.
- Help prepare property reports and trackers.
- Assist in coordinating meetings, follow-ups, and action items.
• Franchisee Support
- Share updated property information and opportunities with franchisees.
- Handle basic property inquiries and refer them to the appropriate Property Lead.
• Process & Compliance
- Ensure property files and documents are organized and accessible.
- Monitor timelines to keep processes on track.
Skills & Qualifications
• Strong administrative and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable using databases.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to multitask and work with different stakeholders.
• Experience in property, real estate, or franchise support is an advantage but not required.
