Compliance Violation Manager
General Summary
The Compliance Violations Manager ensures that Anytime Fitness Asia maintains strong operational and brand standards by managing all compliance-related cases across its franchise network. The role oversees violations, issues penalties, ensures corrective actions, and maintains proper documentation. It works closely with Legal, Operations, and Finance teams to resolve cases consistently and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and enforce compliance policies, including issuing notices, tracking violations, and verifying corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Legal, Operations, and Finance on escalations, penalties, and policy improvements.
- Prepare compliance reports, analyze trends, and identify root causes for recurring issues.
- Improve compliance processes, workflows, and awareness through documentation updates and training.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or a related field, with 3–5 years of experience in compliance, audit, or operations.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Preferably experienced in regional compliance, franchise operations, or legal enforcement.
