ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Advocacy and Lifestyle Campaigns
- Support the team in implementing and optimizing customer lifecycle campaigns, including onboarding, retention, and loyalty programs.
- Build, schedule, and monitor lifecycle communications across multiple channels, such as email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
- Be an advocate for the member’s experience, continually designing initiatives to enhance the customer lifecycle.
- Work with the team to ensure all campaigns align with the Anytime Fitness brand and deliver value to members.

CRM System & Loyalty Program Management
- Support the setup, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the CRM and loyalty systems to meet marketing and operational goals.
- Provide day-to-day support to relevant stakeholders, addressing their requests and troubleshooting issues related to the CRM and loyalty systems.
- Coordinate with vendors and technical teams to resolve system issues promptly.

Administrative and Operational Tasks
- Collaborate with the relevant departments to uncover opportunities and gaps in the member lifecycle, providing actionable insights through analytics.
- Track, report, and measure the performance of Marketing campaigns across platforms to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Regularly upload, monitor, and manage consumer data in the CRM and loyalty platforms to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong understanding of the consumer journey and how to create meaningful touchpoints throughout.
- Ability to handle and analyse data comfortably and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Highly proficient in written and spoken English, with exceptional communication and copywriting skills.
- Strong administrative skills, with experience managing data entry, monitoring, and system updates.
- Basic understanding of CRM systems, lifecycle marketing, or customer retention strategies is a plus.
