AFA Finance is looking for a motivated Finance Intern to provide accounting support to our Accounts Receivable Team. You will assist in organizing and managing a large volume of Official Receipts (ORs) and help the finance team ensure that all AR Team’s requirements are met efficiently. This internship offers a great opportunity to gain practical experience in financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize, file, and prepare Official Receipts (ORs) for BIR audit requirements.
• Assist in retrieving and compiling audit-related financial documents.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper labeling of all audit files.
• Provide administrative support to the finance team during the audit period.
• Assist with other finance-related tasks as needed.
  
  

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of financial documentation and basic auditing processes is an advantage.

Allowance
Interns will be provided with monthly allowance during the internship period.

Duration
3 months, with the possibility of extension depending on performance and business requirements.
