General Summary

The Service Attendant will be expected to work in specific areas in the club to keep it spotless, in pristine condition, and you need to ensure that every member, guest and employee are happy. Thoroughness is important and keeping every corner of the gym clean, making sure that every detail is taken care of is crucial.

Skills and Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a high school level in any business-related course.
• Bachelor’s degree / college graduate is an advantage.
• At least (2) years’ experience as a service attendant, housekeeper, or sanitation engineer.
• Knowledge of basic gym standards
• Knowledge on hygiene and sanitation practices.
• Good oral and written communication skills. Can understand and speak Tagalog and English languages.
• Must have the ability to project a positive and professional image.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Your main role will be to clean and sanitize the club, its gym equipment, comfort and locker rooms, group exercise studio, etc.
• As you will be expected to be on the floor most of the time, you need to look neat and clean.
• You are expected to always be there to help.
• You must be respectable, responsible and a positive role model.
• You should demonstrate a personal commitment to fitness and personal wellness.
• You will provide extraordinary service to the management and members and ensure that each experience is as special as possible.
• You will be expected to undertake those duties as required for the successful completion of your job.
