HR Specialist - Compensation and Benefits
Key Responsibilities:
Process HMO enrollments, deletions, dependent updates, LOAs, reimbursements, and employee benefits inquiries.
Monitor and coordinate HR-related billings, vendor payments, and account reconciliations.
Support office administration, vendor coordination, HR-issued items, and employee requests.
Prepare and maintain HR reports, trackers, and documentation for audit and management review.
Assist in HR initiatives, employee engagement, compliance activities, and other HR operations as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 3–5 years of experience in HR administration, employee services, or general HR support.
Experience in HMO administration, billings, vendor coordination, and statutory benefits is an advantage.
Knowledgeable in Philippine statutory benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
Strong communication, reporting, coordination, and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to handle confidential information professionally.
