Admin & Logistics Officer
We’re looking for a sharp and organised Admin & Logistics Officer to help keep things moving across our Anytime Fitness clubs in Asia.
Purpose of the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive coordinator to manage the end-to-end process of ordering and shipping tokens to our franchise partners across Asia. This role ensures smooth operations by handling orders, liaising with internal teams, and managing shipping and customs matters.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and manage token orders from franchise partners; verify that the minimum order quantity (100 pcs/box) is met
Coordinate with the Finance team to facilitate and confirm payments
Arrange shipping materials (e.g., DHL bags or boxes) and prepare orders for dispatch
Ensure tokens are shipped to the correct markets and confirm successful delivery with partners
Act as the primary contact for customs-related issues for all markets
Assist in preparing supporting documents, such as invoices
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in logistics, order fulfillment, admin support, or a similar operations role
Strong communication and coordination skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, email communication, and familiarity with courier platforms (e.g., DHL)
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage cross-border logistics
Preferred Traits
Resourceful and proactive in resolving issues
Comfortable working in a regional support environment
Understanding of customs documentation or shipping processes is a plus
