Marketing Executive

🟪 General Summary
As a Marketing Executive under Anytime Fitness Asia, you will play a pivotal role in supporting local marketing execution across Thailand. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing – Asia and country-specific teams to coordinate, deploy, and track integrated marketing campaigns aimed at driving brand awareness, member engagement, and business growth at the club level.
This role requires strong local market knowledge, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to execute marketing strategies with discipline and agility. You must be plugged into local content trends and passionate about wellness, fitness, and lifestyle.
🟣 Key Responsibilities
📍 Campaign Execution & Club Support
- Roll out localized and regional campaigns in alignment with brand objectives.
- Coordinate with club teams to deploy marketing assets and activations on the ground.
- Translate and adapt materials to suit the local language, tone, and culture while ensuring brand consistency.
📍 Social Media & Content Creation
- Support the creation and scheduling of localized content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Curate user-generated content and gym-level highlights that reflect the member experience.
- Assist in influencer outreach and tracking deliverables where relevant.
📍 Digital Marketing Admin & Coordination
- Maintain marketing trackers, reports, content calendars, and performance dashboards.
- Liaise with local vendors, creatives, and printing partners as needed.
- Assist in organizing local events, collaborations, or activations.
📍 Market Insights & Trend Spotting
- Monitor local cultural, seasonal, and consumer trends—especially in the fitness, lifestyle, and wellness spaces.
- Recommend timely content, local tie-ins, or collaborations that can help the brand stay relevant.
🟣 Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, digital content, or social media roles.
- Familiar with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Sheets, or Trello.
- Excellent communication skills in English and the local language (e.g., Cantonese or Thai).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
