The Site Acquisition Executive is responsible for identifying and evaluating potential locations for business expansion or projects. This role requires a proactive individual with strong research and negotiation skills to secure optimal sites that align with the organization's strategic goals.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Market Research and Analysis

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential locations for business development
  • Sourcing potential site and review
  • Analysis surrounding site market, and competitor data to assess site viability

Negotiation and Acquisition

  • Negotiate lease terms, purchase agreements, and other site-related contracts
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements during the acquisition process
  • Collaborate with legal teams to finalize contracts and agreements

Reporting and documentation

  • Internal paperwork and management of process including approval papers
  • Translation and review of Thai legal documents
  • Handover process between landlords to Management or contractor
  • Coordinate with others Dept (Marketing and Ops Support)
  • Ensure all documentation related to site acquisition is complete and properly file

Other

  • Monitor ongoing site developments and ensure timely handovers
  • Address any issues that arise during or after the acquisition process
