Personal Trainer

Responsibilities
- You will provide fitness guidance to help clients improve their physical condition.
- You are expected to create tailored fitness, and wellness plans for individuals and groups. You will assign exercise routines based on clients’ physical needs and monitor their progress.
- You will run and supervise various fitness and health programs.
- You will assess the physical and health conditions of clients, create appropriate exercise plans, and monitor their improvement. You will also explain applicable safety rules and regulations (e.g. use of equipment).
- You are often the representative of the company that will have the most interaction with the members. You need to look neat and clean and should have stamina
- You must be respectable, responsible, and a positive role model.
- You are expected to demonstrate a personal commitment to fitness and personal wellness. Ultimately, you will help our clients have fun and improve their health through exercise.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of various fitness programs, from basic exercises to more challenging training sessions
- Ability to guide and motivate clients
- Strong customer service skills
- Results focused
- Excellent communication skills; energetic, enthusiastic and inspirational.
- Analytical Thinking. Ability to resolve conflicts in a professional, tactful manner
- Be an enthusiastic learner.
