A strategic Digital Marketing Executive drives digital advertising efforts and enhance membership acquisition and engagement across Asia. This role is responsible for executing, optimizing, and managing digital campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring cost-efficient lead generation and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS). The ideal DME is a skilled digital marketing strategist with expertise in audience targeting, conversion optimization, and analytics to improve campaign performance. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Lead, this position will support markets across Asia.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other digital platforms) to drive lead generation, new member acquisition, and engagement.
- Develop performance marketing strategies that align with business goals, focusing on achieving a high return on investment (ROI) and lowering customer acquisition costs (CAC).
- Conduct A/B testing and ongoing optimisation of ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience targeting to improve conversion rates.
- Optimise website performance and landing pages through A/B testing, user experience improvements, and SEO best practices to enhance conversion rates.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve digital campaign effectiveness.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently to ensure maximum impact and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop engaging and compelling ad creatives tailored to various audiences.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to continuously refine performance marketing strategies.
- Implement tracking mechanisms (Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, UTM parameters, etc.) to ensure accurate measurement of campaign effectiveness.
- Coordinate with CRM and sales teams to track lead-to-conversion performance and ensure smooth handover of marketing-qualified leads (MQLs).
- Identify new digital advertising opportunities and emerging platforms that can enhance campaign performance and reach.
